Jensen Family Recipe!

I wanted to post the dessert that Marion and Suzanne Jensen served at the book group last week because it was so yummy! We had a fun time laughing about the experiences in the book and our experiences growing up in our families! Thanks to the Jensen's for hosting all of us!


Pumpkin Dump Cake

1 can (large) pumpkin

1 can evaporated milk

3 eggs, beaten

1 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp allspice

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cloves

1 box yellow cake mix

¾ cup butter


Mix first 8 ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 yellow or white cake mix over top. Melt 1-1/2 cubes butter and pour over top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with whipped topping.
